Phantom Vape — Store Policies

1. Age Verification & ID
Phantom Vape is an age-restricted retailer. Customers must be 19 years of age or older to purchase vaping products, in accordance with Ontario law.
Customers who appear to be under 25 may be required to provide valid, government-issued photo identification showing their date of birth before completing a purchase. Acceptable forms of ID include a driver’s license, passport, or other government-issued photo ID.
We reserve the right to refuse a sale if acceptable identification is not provided or if age cannot be reasonably verified. Photos, photocopies, screenshots, or expired identification will not be accepted under any circumstances.
2. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the regulated and consumable nature of vaping products, all sales are final, except where a product is found to be damaged or defective immediately upon opening.
To be eligible for a return, exchange, or replacement, the issue must:
- Be reported to Phantom Vape within 24 hours of purchase;
- Involve the original product and its original packaging;
- Be accompanied by a valid receipt or other proof of purchase; and
- Be subject to inspection and approval by Phantom Vape prior to any resolution being issued.
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Change of mind;
- Incorrect flavour or product selection made by the customer;
- Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed;
- Misuse or improper handling of the device;
- Accidental or cosmetic damage occurring after purchase; or
- Issues reported after the 24-hour reporting window.
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights or remedies you may have under Canadian federal law or Ontario consumer protection legislation, which remain unaffected.

3. Payments & Pricing
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout at the time of purchase. All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable federal and provincial taxes.
Prices, product availability, and promotions are subject to change without notice.
Phantom Vape reserves the right to refuse or cancel a transaction where required by law, or where there are reasonable concerns regarding age verification, payment authorization, suspected fraud, or regulatory compliance.
4. Order Pickup & ID Verification
Phantom Vape operates on an in-store pickup only basis. We do not offer shipping or delivery.
Orders must be picked up in person from our Sudbury location:
469 Bouchard St, Greater Sudbury, ON P3E 2K8
All customers picking up an order must present valid, government-issued photo identification confirming they meet the legal minimum age of 19, regardless of whether ID was provided at the time of ordering. Orders will not be released without acceptable ID.
Photos, photocopies, screenshots, or expired identification will not be accepted at pickup.
5. Responsible Retailing
Phantom Vape is committed to responsible retailing and full compliance with applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations governing the sale of vaping products, including those set out under Ontario’s Smoke-Free Ontario Act and related regulations.
We do not knowingly sell to individuals under the legal age, and we support public health efforts to prevent youth access to vaping products.
Phantom Vape reserves the right to refuse service to any individual where required or permitted by law.
6. Changes to This Policy
Phantom Vape may update these policies from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, products, or legal requirements. The date of the most recent update will be reflected at the top of this page. Continued use of our store constitutes acceptance of the current policy.
